Your gift helps ensure our Beloit Regional Hospice team of professionals is able to provide the highest quality end-of-life care to our patients while also meeting their emotional, social, and spiritual needs. It is an investment in the future of hospice care in the Stateline area and therefore offers an improvement of life quality for all residents in the region. No one is denied our services and your gift helps ensure that everyone in our community has access to high-quality end-of-life care. Beloit Regional Hospice is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit corporation and donations are tax-deductible.

Make a Donation Online

Donate online using your credit card through our secure donation form below. Checks may be mailed to our office at 1904 Huebbe Pkwy, Beloit WI 53511. We appreciate your generosity as it allows us to continue serving our community hospice and palliative care needs.

There are a variety of options to choose from when giving to Beloit Regional Hospice.

  • One-time Gifts (General donations help us bridge the gap between Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance reimbursement and the true cost of the care we provide)
  • Recurring Gifts (select this option on our online form, or set-up with your financial planner)
  • Legacy Planned Gifts (created with the assistance of your financial planner or attorney)
  • Memorial Gifts or In- honor of a Loved One (enter a name on our online form or in the memo line of a check)
  • In-kind Donation
  • Supporting the Doves & Diamonds Gala

Memorial Gift or Tribute

Gifts can be given to honor a family member, loved one or someone special who has passed away. When making a memorial or tribute gift, include the name of the honored individual. Provide us contact information and we will send notification of your gift to whomever you choose. When giving a donation in check form, feel free to fill out the tribute [“In honor of, in memory of, in tribute to…”] in the memo line.

In-Kind Gift

Gift in-kind donations go a long way to helping our organization save on operational expenses so that we may direct our funds to the patients we serve. View our Wish List to see a list of items we need. If you have questions about making an in-kind gift, please call the office at (608) 363-7421.

Dove & Diamonds Gala

The annual Doves and Diamonds gala is our single largest fundraiser for our organization. Every fall we host this gala to celebrate hospice and to provide a venue for recognizing those who support Beloit Regional Hospice. It is an opportunity to enjoy an evening with friends and neighbors while recognizing the importance of quality end-of-life care provided by a local nonprofit. Gifting options for this gala include corporate or individual sponsorship and donated items for the silent auction. Doves and Diamonds provides a fun and meaningful opportunity for local businesses to partner with an established trusted community organization in bringing support to friends and family in the Stateline.

Planned Gifts

Generosity comes in many forms, and planned giving is often the best way for you to support important causes that matter the most to you. Planned giving can make a longstanding difference in the lives of others. We will work with you, your attorney or financial advisor and our foundation professionals to find a charitable plan that works best for you while sustaining our hospice mission “To help make each moment of remaining life as full and comfortable as possible”. Start your planned giving journey here with us.
